A contact is created the moment a client leaves an email in a chat. It stays here even if the conversation is erased, so you keep the person. Tap one to edit their name or number, add a note, jump to their conversations, or erase them for good.

Tap New invite code, send the code to the inspector, and have them open this page → Have an invite code? → their work email + a password. One code = one login. Codes expire in 7 days. Inspectors see the inbox only — not the admin dashboard.

The kill switch. Off removes Ask an Inspector from the site entirely — no button, no card — and the plain OPRA bubble comes back. Questions already in the inbox stay here. Use it when nobody can answer for a while.
